About Laboratory
The Microbiology Laboratory of this laboratory complex is one of the key departments of Shakheh Zeytoon Lian, a knowledge-based company. It is responsible for tracing and identifying bacteria and enumerating certain microorganisms in all samples received by the laboratory, including food products and cosmetics and personal care products, in accordance with ISO:17025.
With experienced and specialized personnel and advanced, modern equipment, this laboratory is capable of performing microbiological tests.
This laboratory is a partner laboratory of the National Standardization Organization of Iran, the Food and Drug Administration, the Veterinary Organization, and the Department of Environment.
As part of its cooperation with the Veterinary Organization, the Microbiology Laboratory of Shakheh Zeytoon Lian examines and identifies important microbial agents in food, animal, and aquatic samples. The bacteria examined include Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, and others, which are of particular importance to food hygiene and the health of animal products.
